I-MEX (M&E) Ltd has just received Practical Completion on Kilburn Mews, which is a regeneration project by Places for London. Kilburn Mews is the restoration of 12 railway arches to create a new mixed-use destination with the local community at its heart.
Next to Kilburn Station, the arches have been refurbished into commercial units for shops, cafes, restaurants and other leisure businesses. The development also includes a new landscaped walkway and public space for residents and visitors alike to enjoy.
The arch units have been given modern new frontages and energy-efficient upgrades, featuring air source heat pumps for heating and cooling. These improvements create high-performing, cost-effective spaces for tenants, reducing utility bills while supporting a more sustainable, low-carbon future.
I-MEX (M&E) Ltd completed the Mechanical and Electrical Shell and Core works.
