I-MEX delivers coordinated mechanical building services for residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. Our teams manage each package from installation through to testing, commissioning and handover, combining traditional methods with off-site prefabrication where it can improve quality, safety and programme efficiency.
Our capabilities include energy centres, district heating networks, heating and chilled water systems, ventilation, air conditioning and heat recovery. We also install public health and pipework systems, sanitaryware, rainwater drainage, sprinklers and smoke ventilation.

Our work includes main switchgear, power distribution, containment, small power, lighting and emergency power supplies. We also deliver fire and evacuation alarms, access control, structured cabling and other specialist systems required by modern residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.
Renewable and future-ready technologies—including EV charging infrastructure and solar PV—can be incorporated into the electrical package.
