On the former bus depot site, a major residential-led mixed-use development has been transformed into Alperton Depot in the London Borough of Brent. Alperton Bus Garage will be home to approximately 1,200 residents creating an entirely new community on land that once housed London’s buses.
The scheme has delivered 461 new homes, comprising of 40% affordable housing, new retail and community facilities and light industrial workspace.
