The Perfume Factory, located in North Acton on the site of the former Elizabeth Arden cosmetics factory, is a contemporary residential development comprising 376 apartments across three blocks. The scheme offers a mix of tenures including social housing, shared ownership and private rent.
Our in-house prefabrication division played a pivotal role in the project, delivering the off-site manufacture of the energy centre and associated plant systems. The energy centre was constructed in modular sections and carefully installed into the basement via a temporary plant access, demonstrating a highly co-ordinated and efficient approach. Our specialist teams also completed the full M&E fit-out across all residental units, ensuring a high-quality finish across each tenure type.
